Shipping

Can I order to my country?
  • We serve all customers, nationally and internationally. We offer worldwide shipping.

Which courier will deliver my order?

  • We ship with USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and DHL E-commerce.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

  • All orders within the United States and the European Union come with duty paid and applicable sales or VAT tax paid. There are no additional charges if you order to the United States or the European Union. If you order outside the United States or the European Union. If you order outside the United States or the European Union (Canada, Brazil, Japan, Russia, etc.), we cannot say for certain whether your local post will charge you for the products you order. Please contact your postal service for information on any extra fees.

How much dos shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free worldwide.

Package delivery attempt failed

  • If the post service has attempted to deliver your package but was unable to do so, the post will try to deliver again at the same address the following day or will leave a notice and you will be required to pick up the package from your local post office.
  • If the courier was unable to deliver the package 2 times, the order will be returned to us. In this case we can resend the package to you. Please note however, that this does not make the order eligible for a refund as we cannot control whether the addressee picks up the package.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

  • You can track your order in several ways. When your item has been shipped we send you an e-mail with the tracking number and the website of the shipping company where you can input the number.

Returns

Cancelling an order

  • All orders can be cancelled within 1 hour when placed Monday through Sunday between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within that time frame. The support team does not work 24 hours.

What items can be returned?

  • All unused items can be returned within 365 days of being purchased.
  • Faulty items can be returned if there is proof of it being clearly faulty, please show the fault using a photo or video.

Functionality

Is it waterproof?

  • The watch is waterproof. You can swim and shower with it. Usage in a sauna or hot tub is NOT recommended.

Does it come with a battery/charger?

  • All our watches come with a rechargeable battery and usb charger included.

Miscellaneous

Can I order an engraved watch?

  • We do not offer such services at this moment.

Can I order a customised strap?

  • We do not offer such services at the moment.
